1. Services

Pristine Pressure provides exterior cleaning services including (but not limited to) pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and commercial exterior cleaning. All services are subject to site assessment and suitability.

2. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
Prices may change if site conditions differ from those described or shown in photographs.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings, cancellations & weather

Work dates are agreed in advance.
We may reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions or other safety concerns.
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.

4. Access & preparation

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and clear access to work areas
Removing or protecting fragile/valuable items near the work area
Informing us of any known surface issues, repairs, cracks, loose pointing or previous damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural weaknesses.

5. Results & limitations

We aim for the highest possible standard, however outcomes vary depending on material type, age and condition. Some staining may be permanent and surfaces may not return to their original appearance. We will advise honestly where limitations apply.

6. Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

7. Liability

Pristine Pressure maintains appropriate public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or issues caused by underlying material failure. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Health & safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, including (but not limited to) severe weather, unsafe access, or hazards at the property.
